Panko Breaded Swai fillets


1 cup flour
1 large egg
1/4 cup milk
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup Panko bread crumbs


Combine eggs and milk in a container. Dredge swai fillets in the milk mixture, then dredge in panko crumbs, then flour. Feel free to add your favorite seasoning to the panko crumbs, such as garlic salt, curry, or even fresh grated cheese. Place fillets in a frying pan filled with the vegetable oil, over medium heat, and cook four to six minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Enjoy immediately.
