Sesame Asparagus Salad (Serving Size: 8)

2lbs Asparagus

4 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon honey

2 teaspoon sesame oil

2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds


1) Cut asparagus into 1½ in pieces. Place in pot of salted boiling water so that pieces are covered. Cook until tender. Rinse immediately in cold water to stop cooking. Pat dry.

2) Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds. Pour over asparagus. Chill 30 minutes and serve.
