Taco Bean Burgers & Sour Cream Guacamole

Taco Burgers



• 2 pounds ground beef
• 2 (16 ounce) cans baked beans
• 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
• soft hamburger buns


Place the ground beef into a skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until completely browned. Mix in taco seasoning. Reduce heat to low and stir in the baked beans, simmering until thoroughly hot. Serve on hamburger buns.

Sour Cream Guacamole



• 2 Tbsp Hood® Sour Cream
• 2 avocados, mashed
• 2 Tbsp salsa
• 1/4 cup Vidalia onion, diced
• 1/4 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Salt and pepper, to taste


Mix all, except for lemon juice, salt and pepper. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Use as a condiment on your taco bean burger or serve with nacho chips, salsa, and sour cream.
