Taco Salad

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® ground chuck, cooked
1 package taco seasoning
3 tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, diced
1/2 pound sharp cheddar, grated
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup balsamic dressing
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1 bunch scallions
Tortilla chips to serve

 

Instructions:

 
Season ground chuck with taco seasoning. Combine seasoned beef, tomatoes, onion, cheese, lettuce and dressing.
Add chips and mix well. Garnish with salsa, sour cream, and scallions.
