Sprinkle salmon fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Grill or broil about 8 minutes.
Spoon about 3 tablespoons Boursin cheese on top of each fillet and continue cooking for another 2 minutes until salmon is cooked through and Boursin has softened.
Cucumber Relish
Combine all the relish ingredients into a medium bowl.
Toss until evenly mixed.
Portion out for each salmon fillet and serve either on top of or underneath the grilled salmon.
