1.5lb.Fresh Raw P&D Shrimp - Rinse off in cold water & pat dry
12oz.pkg Fresh Broccoli Florets
1TbspFresh Italian Parsley - Chopped
½tspFresh Lemon Juice
17oz.pkg Caraluzzi’s Imported Penne Pasta
15oz.pkg Caraluzzi’s Fresh Alfredo Sauce
1TbspCaraluzzi’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Ground Black Pepper to taste
Shredded Parmesan or Romano to taste
Instructions
Start pot of water & start to cook pasta per instructions.
While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet over medium-high heat add olive oil. When hot add shrimp, spread it evenly in the pan. Add the lemon juice along with some salt & pepper and sauté approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
While shrimp is cooking in a small pot over medium heat add the Alfredo sauce. Warm it for approximately 5 mins making sure to stir it occasionally to not let boil or burn.
Either microwave or steam broccoli florets per instructions and set aside.
When everything is done combine all the ingredients in large pot or skillet over medium heat and gently toss to mix everything.
Move contents to individual serving bowls and sprinkle chopped parsley & shredded cheese on top.
Notes
