In a bowl add the diced cucumber with the microgreens and drizzle Greek dressing while mixing it all together.
Warm pitas in the oven or toaster.
Warm the chicken in a skillet or microwave oven.
Then for each serving lay pita on a plate and add a portion of greens followed by chicken and top with 2 tablespoons of Tzatziki. Fold Pita in half and enjoy. Repeat for each serving.
