


Mediterranean Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
- .6 lbs Caraluzzi’s Cooked Shawarma Boneless Chicken Thighs 2 Thighs, Sliced
- 1 oz. Spring Mix Microgreens
- 6 oz. Hot House Cucumber 1/2 a cuke, diced
- 8 Tbsp Fresh Tzatziki
- 2 Tbsp Greek Dressing
- 4 Greek Style Pitas
Instructions
- In a bowl add the diced cucumber with the microgreens and drizzle Greek dressing while mixing it all together.
- Warm pitas in the oven or toaster.
- Warm the chicken in a skillet or microwave oven.
- Then for each serving lay pita on a plate and add a portion of greens followed by chicken and top with 2 tablespoons of Tzatziki. Fold Pita in half and enjoy. Repeat for each serving.
Notes
A super easy recipe to prepare for a quick meal that’s perfect for lunch or dinner. Can sub a traditional pita or naan bread as an alternative.
