Let goat cheese soften to room temperature so it's easier to spread.
Remove prosciutto from package. Cut each piece in half.
Spread a thin layer of goat cheese at one end of each piece of prosciutto.
Spread a dollop of fig jam onto goat cheese.
Roll up, starting at the end with goat cheese and fig jam pressing firmly so they don't lose shape.
Allow to sit in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Each roll can be cut into smaller pieces if desired.
