

Prosciutto, Fig & Goat Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Montchevre Goat Cheese log
- 3 oz. Caraluzzi's Imported Italian Pre-Sliced Prosciutto
- 9 oz. Jar Divina Fig Spread
Instructions
- Let goat cheese soften to room temperature so it's easier to spread.

- Remove prosciutto from package. Cut each piece in half.

- Spread a thin layer of goat cheese at one end of each piece of prosciutto.

- Spread a dollop of fig jam onto goat cheese.

- Roll up, starting at the end with goat cheese and fig jam pressing firmly so they don't lose shape.

- Allow to sit in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes before serving.

- Each roll can be cut into smaller pieces if desired.
