Prosciutto, Fig & Goat Cheese Rolls

  • 4 oz. Montchevre Goat Cheese log
  • 3 oz. Caraluzzi's Imported Italian Pre-Sliced Prosciutto
  • 9 oz. Jar Divina Fig Spread


  • Let goat cheese soften to room temperature so it's easier to spread.
  • Remove prosciutto from package. Cut each piece in half.
  • Spread a thin layer of goat cheese at one end of each piece of prosciutto.
  • Spread a dollop of fig jam onto goat cheese.
  • Roll up, starting at the end with goat cheese and fig jam pressing firmly so they don't lose shape.
  • Allow to sit in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  • Each roll can be cut into smaller pieces if desired.
