Easy Fish Tacos

  • 4-5 Tilapia Fillets approx.1 ½-¾ lbs., cut in strips
  • 1 8 oz. pkg Caraluzzi’s Black Bean Salsa
  • 1 7 oz. pkg Fresh Pico de Gallo
  • 1 Avocado split & sliced
  • ½ lb Manchego Cheese crumbled (get extra to snack on)
  • 1 30ct pkg white corn tortillas
  • Caraluzzi’s Taco Seasoning


  • On stove top in a medium size pan warm to medium heat.
  • Season tilapia with a dusting of taco seasoning on each side and add to the pan.
  • Cook both sides of the tilapia about 4 mins per side. Turn off heat & put aside.
  • While tilapia is cooking, also on stove top in a skillet, warm tacos one at a time over medium heat. Place warmed tacos in a stack on a plate and cover with bowl to keep warm. Prepare 24 tacos.
  • Take 2 warm tacos stacked together and portion out tilapia, black bean salsa, Pico de Gallo, cheese and slice of avocado in the middle. Repeat 12 times (3 tacos per person).


Optional add sour cream and/or a squeeze of lime.
Can bulk up tacos with rice or shredded cabbage as an option.
