Easy Pork Carnitas Rice Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 9 oz pkg Fresh Express Leafy Green Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 lb pkg Caraluzzi’s Pork Carnitas (fully cooked)
  • 1 lb pkg Caraluzzi’s Cilantro Lime Rice (fully cooked)
  • 15 oz can Black Beans
  • 1 Fresh Avocado sliced
  • 1 Fresh Lime sliced
  • 6 oz Crema Mexicana Queso Cheese (approximate)
  • 4 oz Pickled Onions (approximate)
  • 4 sprigs of Fresh Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Warm the pork carnitas in a pan over medium heat or microwave to desired temperature.
  • In individual serving bowls lay down a bed of lettuce portioning out evenly.
  • Then portion out the rice, black beans and avocado into each bowl. Optional can warm the rice and black beans.
  • Garnish top of each bowl with pickled onion and sprig of cilantro.
  • Lastly drizzle cheese over the top of each bowl. (can also use crumbled queso in place of creamy)

Notes

Can make some up ahead of time and take for lunch during the week.
