Grilled Salmon a la Boursin

  • 4 pieces salmon fillet approx. 1/2 lb pieces
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg Boursin Cheese

Cucumber Relish

  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup radishes, diced
  • 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat grill or broiler on high
  • Sprinkle salmon fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Grill or broil about 8 minutes.
  • Spoon about 3 tablespoons Boursin cheese on top of each fillet and continue cooking for another 2 minutes until salmon is cooked through and Boursin has softened.

Cucumber Relish

  • Combine all the relish ingredients into a medium bowl.
  • Toss until evenly mixed.
  • Portion out for each salmon fillet and serve either on top of or underneath the grilled salmon.
