Easy Honey Glazed Salmon
This is a great recipe for a quick weeknight dinner. Just a few simple ingredients and dinner is on the table within a half hour. I substituted Bragg Liquid Aminos for the soy sauce, and roasted asparagus with garlic and Caraluzzi's Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the same pan as the salmon, so clean up was a breeze. For a side try Rice Select Jasmati Rice.
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup honey
- 4 6 ounce pieces salmon fillets
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Mix together soy sauce and honey. Coat a shallow baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place fillets skin side down in pan. Spoon honey mixture over fish. Roast in oven 12-15 minutes depending on thickness of fillet, basting once.
- Turn oven to broil. Baste fish once more. Broil salmon for a few minutes, watching carefully.
