Mexican Grouper Fillets
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Fresh Grouper Fillets
- Vegetable non-stick cooking spray
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- ½ cup Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded
Instructions
- Pat grouper fillets with non-stick cooking spray
- Place fish in a baking dish
- Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl
- Spread evenly over Grouper
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until Grouper flakes with fork.
