Mexican Grouper Fillets

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Fresh Grouper Fillets
  • Vegetable non-stick cooking spray
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • ½ cup Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded

Instructions
 

  • Pat grouper fillets with non-stick cooking spray
  • Place fish in a baking dish
  • Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl
  • Spread evenly over Grouper
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until Grouper flakes with fork.
