No Bake Cheesecake (GF)
- 1 - Mi-Del Gulten Free Graham Style Pie Crust
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 oz. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. confectioners’ sugar
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, mix well. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks begin to form. Beat in confectioners’ sugar until peaks form; do not overbeat. Fold whipped cream into prepared mix from large bowl.
- Spoon into Graham Style Pie Crust
- Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
