PEI Mussels Grill Ala BBQ

Prince Edward Island Mussels are healthy, nutritious, and are rich in protein and minerals.

  • 2 lbs PEI mussels
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 lemon wedges


  • Arrange grill 10-12 cm above hot coals
  • Place mussels on the grill and cook until the shells open (4-5 minutes)
  • Serve at once with melted butter and lemon wedges
  • * Discard mussels that don’t open during cooking.
