PEI Mussels Grill Ala BBQ
Prince Edward Island Mussels are healthy, nutritious, and are rich in protein and minerals.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs PEI mussels
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 lemon wedges
Instructions
- Arrange grill 10-12 cm above hot coals
- Place mussels on the grill and cook until the shells open (4-5 minutes)
- Serve at once with melted butter and lemon wedges
- * Discard mussels that don’t open during cooking.
