Caraluzzi's Recipes

Roasted Romanesco

Romanesco is a unique vegetable that is actually the flower of a variety created in Italy. It has a very eccentric shape that looks similar to a green cauliflower. It has more of a broccoli flavor with a slightly nutty taste and firmer texture.
