Sheet Pan Salmon, Green Beans & Baby Potatoes

  • Requires full baking sheet & parchment paper


  • 4 Individual 1/3 lb. Fresh Salmon Fillets 1.25-1.5. lb. total
  • 3 Tbsp Caraluzzi’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag (12 oz.) Green Beans can use French beans too
  • 1 Bag Baby Gold Potatoes 1 lb. to 1.5 lb. total
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning McCormick Perfect Pinch


  • Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes (or microwave per instructions). Cool, dry off & cut in half.
  • While potatoes are boing preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • On a baking sheet with parchment paper spread out cut potatoes, green beans and salmon evenly. Drizzle Olive Oil generously over everything. Then sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning evenly all over everything as well.
  • Place baking sheet on center rack in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of Salmon. Temp salmon to 145 degrees.


  • Can use any variety of baby potato, the mixed blend makes a nice presentation.
  • Green beans will be on the firm side so if you’re looking for more tenderness we recommend using a French bean instead.
