Spinach and Strawberry Salad
- 1/4 cup Caraluzzi's Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Honey Mustard
- 1/4 cup Caraluzzi's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 10 oz. pkg Baby Spinach
- 1 quart Strawberries sliced
- 4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
Beat vinegar and mustard in small bowl with whisk. Gradually add oil, beating with whisk until well blended.
Toss spinach, strawberries, feta cheese, walnuts and poppy seed in large salad bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly and serve.
