Spinach and Strawberry Salad
- 1/4 cup Caraluzzi's Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Honey Mustard
- 1/4 cup Caraluzzi's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 10 oz. pkg Baby Spinach
- 1 quart Strawberries sliced
- 4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
- Beat vinegar and mustard in small bowl with whisk. Gradually add oil, beating with whisk until well blended.
- Toss spinach, strawberries, feta cheese, walnuts and poppy seed in large salad bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly and serve.
