

Shrimp Broccoli Penne Alfredo
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. Fresh Raw P&D Shrimp - Rinse off in cold water & pat dry
- 12 oz. pkg Fresh Broccoli Florets
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Italian Parsley - Chopped
- ½ tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 17 oz. pkg Caraluzzi’s Imported Penne Pasta
- 15 oz. pkg Caraluzzi’s Fresh Alfredo Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Caraluzzi’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Shredded Parmesan or Romano to taste
Instructions
- Start pot of water & start to cook pasta per instructions.
- While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet over medium-high heat add olive oil. When hot add shrimp, spread it evenly in the pan. Add the lemon juice along with some salt & pepper and sauté approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
- While shrimp is cooking in a small pot over medium heat add the Alfredo sauce. Warm it for approximately 5 mins making sure to stir it occasionally to not let boil or burn.
- Either microwave or steam broccoli florets per instructions and set aside.
- When everything is done combine all the ingredients in large pot or skillet over medium heat and gently toss to mix everything.
- Move contents to individual serving bowls and sprinkle chopped parsley & shredded cheese on top.
